Neil Simon’s Rumors
Pioneer Productions is delighted to announce its upcoming production of Rumors, Neil Simon’s celebrated comedy of confusion, deception, and nonstop laughs. Known for its rapid-fire dialogue and relentless comic momentum, Rumors is widely regarded as one of Simon’s most ambitious…
Pioneer Productions is bringing Neil Simon’s Rumors to The Stage at Fellowship Hall, inside Morristown United Methodist Church, for a run from November 6 to 15, 2026, with this first performance on Friday at 7:30 p.m. The setup is classic farce: an anniversary party at a deputy mayor’s home goes sideways when guests arrive to find the host shot in the ear, the hostess missing, and the staff gone, leaving everyone to patch together increasingly absurd cover stories. If you’ve ever tried to keep three people on the same lie at a dinner party, you’ll recognize the spiral immediately. Tickets and additional show times are on the Morristown Green listing.
