Qigong runs every Saturday morning at 10:15 at the F.M. Kirby Gallery upstairs at Morristown Library, and it keeps going well into December, so there’s no pressure to catch just this one. The practice pairs slow, flowing movements with breath and meditation, landing somewhere between Tai Chi and a moving mindfulness session. It’s low-impact, adaptable for any ability level, and open to all ages with no registration and no experience required. Just show up, ideally a little more rested than the rest of us on a Saturday morning.
