Qigong is a traditional Chinese practice built around slow, flowing movements that stretch muscles and tendons while deepening your awareness of the mind-body-breath connection. Think of it as Tai Chi’s close cousin, with meditation and visualization folded in. The class meets Saturday mornings from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. in the upstairs F.M. Kirby Gallery at Morristown Library, and it runs weekly through mid-December, so there’s plenty of time to find your groove. No registration, no experience, and no particular level of flexibility required. Just show up.
